Named after my generous, joyful, and ever-sociable brother Louis, a professional baker in France, this series celebrates the quiet poetry of the morning, paying tribute to the craftsmanship of the baker and to the simple joy of savouring the day’s first rituals, where even the smallest sounds carry warmth and promise.
